A float therapy session lasts 60 minutes, and your private room is reserved for 90 minutes. At FLOAT, your float experience includes everything you need, so there’s no need to bring anything with you. Along with our friendly customer service, we provide towels, high-quality shower products, and cosmetics. After your float, you can relax in our lounge area and enjoy complimentary refreshments. Plan to set aside 2 to 2.5 hours for your entire visit to FLOAT.

When you purchase a float session from our online store, you will receive a PDF gift card via email. The price of the float session will not be displayed on the attached gift card. If you prefer, you can also pick up a gift card from our locations at Float Kallio or Float Roba. We are open every day from morning to evening, right up until Christmas Eve.
Gift cards do not include a name, so you can order a gift card for yourself and give it to anyone you choose.
All gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
What is Floating?
What?
The float tank is a spacious area, roughly the size of a double bed, filled with highly buoyant Epsom salt water. Both the air and water are maintained at skin temperature. You simply lie down in the water and find a comfortable position. If you wish, you can turn off the lights, immersing yourself not only in silence and weightlessness but also in complete darkness. There’s nothing else you need to do—this is your chance to focus solely on just being.
Why?
There are countless good reasons to float, with relaxation being the most common. Many come to us following recommendations from doctors and therapists to address issues like stress, insomnia, chronic pain, or to enhance recovery. However, you don’t need a specific reason to float. A peaceful moment of uninterrupted tranquility is beneficial for everyone.
How?
People usually come to float with a goal or intention in mind, such as seeking relaxation, recovery, or achieving a meditative state. Setting an intention is perfectly reasonable, but during the float, it’s also important to let go of any sense of striving—relaxation cannot be forced, nor can the mind be compelled. Ultimately, floating is about letting go—or at least loosening your grip. In the sensory deprivation of the float tank, this becomes incredibly easy.
Neither you nor the gift recipient needs to bring anything. We provide everything from towels to cosmetics, shower products, and refreshments.

The floating experience is almost always very pleasant, even though some people might feel a bit nervous at first. This nervousness is most often related to claustrophobia. However, with seven years of experience and thousands of happy floaters, we are confident that this worry will fade once the gift recipient sees the float tank for themselves—the tank is spacious and generously sized. Lights can be kept on, and the lid can remain open if desired, ensuring the experience is comfortable for everyone.

At Float Kallio and Float Roba, you can use your employee wellness benefits for payment. We accept Smartum and Edenred as payment methods on-site. In our online store, you can also pay with Smartum.
Edenred does not offer a direct online payment option, but you can still make a remote payment using the Edenred app as follows:
