What is floating?

The daily rush and constant information overload are burdensome for us all. That’s why we’ve created a space where you can calm down and break away. In the weightless environment of the floating pool, deprived of all sensory input, the brain can be freed from constant information processing and the body reaches deep relaxation.

The floating pool is about 2.5 meters tall, 1.5 meters wide and high space, at the base of which is very salty water. Both the water and the air are skin-temperature. All you need to do is to lie down and find a good position.

The floating pool is an environment in which the body vanishes in salt water and gets a perfect rest and where the mind naturally strives toward a meditative state.

The time for a single float session is 60 minutes. Both Float Kallio and Float Roba have three float pools. Dreampod float pools used by us are the highest quality and most advanced in Finland.

We provide all the towels, cosmetics and refreshing drinks. So you don’t have to bring anything with you.

Stop the wandering thoughts and get inspired. Let the daily rythm fade away and relax profoundly.

In development of phycical abilities, recovery plays an important role. Athletes float however, not only to recover, but also to practice mentally and get focused.

In the float pool, your blood preassure decreases, the amount of lactic-adic in your blood deminishes and pain fades away.

There is absolutely nothing to do while floating. While deprived of all sensory input, the mind strives naturally and effortlessly to a meditative state. When there is no sensory input, all you have is the universe within.
